I offer personal training in a private gym, in a
1-on-1 online format, and in a online remote format. Both in person and online training are initiated through a consultation where I'll evaluate your training, what you're looking for in a fitness program/fitness coach, goals, and what I can do to help support you reaching your goals. Both also come with a full movement and skill assessment. I believe this is essential in formulating a concise fitness program for my clients. It assists in me understanding potential strengths, weakness, and imbalances in the body. It can be accomplished both in person or through a video call.
Online or remote coaching
Online or remote Coaching is a personalized fitness program based on building a one-on-one relationship between coach and client. The success of the client is not restricted by geographical locations, or conflicting schedules. I offer fully remote services and live 1-on-1 coaching through video chat.
Remote instruction creates self responsibility in addition to giving you the tools to set you up for success. Even on the days where life seems to get in the way.
