A large portion of your overall wellness is heavily influenced by the food that you consume on a daily basis. Making the correct food choices and eating the right amount of those foods is something that a large portion of the population struggles with. This has been well documented over the years.

40% of American are currently considered obese based on their weight and BMI (body mass index). Obese Americans are at a higher risk of many medical issues including heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, stroke, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis and multiple types of cancer.

In addition to these issues, being overweight can create social and self-esteem issues in individuals that suffer from it.

I host Nutritional Coaching sessions which consist of, but are not limited to:

One hour sessions are an investment of $150 and can be scheduled by completing the contact form below. There is a discount for one additional attendee if you would like to attend a nutrition coaching session with family or a friend.
